Carl Kobayashi, DDS

Dr. Kobayashi is from Honolulu, Hawaii, and is a graduate of the University of Missouri at Kansas City (UMKC) School of Dentistry. Dr. Kobayashi has completed over 2000 hours of post graduate continuing education classes and is a graduate of the L.D. Pankey Institute of Advanced Dental Education and has completed classes at The Dawson Academy, the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies, the Kois Center, and Spear Education.
